The CRM & Promotions Assistant supports the planning and delivery of email marketing campaigns, customer loyalty initiatives, and promotional activities across the business. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Retail teams to coordinate promotions from planning through to execution. The position ensures campaigns are delivered accurately and on time while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
PURESEOUL is the UK's leading and largest K-beauty specialist since 2019, offering over 2,000 products across Korean skincare, makeup, haircare, nails, and body care. The London-based team curates top K-beauty brands for customers in the UK and Europe. They offer 2–3 day UK delivery with free shipping on orders over £30.
