CRNA - Anesthesiology (UMMC/Midtown)

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist provides expert anesthesia care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and healthcare providers to deliver high-quality, holistic, and evidence-based anesthesia and pain care services. The role involves caring for patients across all acuity levels and the lifespan in various settings, including operating rooms and procedural areas, while contributing to educational, safety, quality, and research missions. CRNAs are expected to exhibit independent thinking, problem-solving, and empathy while working collaboratively within various medical direction and supervision models.
