CRO Supplier Manager

The CRO Supplier Manager owns day-to-day relationships with contracted CRO and CDMO supplier partners, driving partnerships from contract execution through long-term success. This role acts as a trusted advisor to emerging biotech customers, mapping accounts between supplier partners and customers to drive growth and credibility for the CRO/CDMO offering. The position requires managing partner onboarding, tracking performance KPIs, and collaborating with internal teams to shape platform tools and data offerings.
