Crop Protection Portfolio Manager

This role is responsible for the crop protection product portfolio and its go-to-market strategy across the GROWMARK System, including manufacturer relationships, portfolio strategy, pricing, and marketing. The position owns the branded, post-patent, proprietary, and private label crop protection offerings and is accountable for the portfolio's margin and competitiveness to support divisional income targets and sales growth. The role involves leading cross-functional teams, negotiating supplier agreements, and directing product registration and regulatory compliance.
