Cross-Trained Medical Assistant / Receptionist (FLOAT)

The Cross-Trained Medical Assistant / Receptionist provides both front office and back office support to ensure exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and clinic flow. This role involves scheduling appointments, registering patients, answering phones, verifying patient information, collecting payments, assisting providers with patient care, performing clinical duties, and supporting daily clinic operations. The position requires flexibility to work in both Reception and Medical Assistant capacities and float between clinic locations within the assigned region based on business needs.
