Crowd Management Personnel serve as the first point of contact for guests entering and throughout their time at the venue, ensuring overall safety, security, and adherence to venue rules. The role requires maintaining a positive demeanor and professional presence while delivering high-level customer service and preventing or de-escalating misconduct. CMPs are responsible for monitoring crowd behavior, verifying credentials, and executing the venue's security plan to ensure a positive guest experience.
