CRT Clinician

The CRT Clinician works as part of a collaborative Co-Responder crisis intervention program, responding to mental health, substance use, and school-based crises throughout Douglas County. This role involves working side-by-side with law enforcement to provide clinical assessments, stabilize individuals in crisis, and connect them with appropriate resources. The position requires a compassionate clinician comfortable working in the field to make a direct impact on community members.
