Crypto Compliance

The Crypto Compliance role at Column involves architecting and managing the compliance framework for the bank's crypto products, particularly in relation to stablecoins, under the new GENIUS Act regulations. This position requires collaboration with product, engineering, and risk teams to implement a comprehensive AML/BSA compliance program, establish customer identification protocols, and ensure alignment with existing banking compliance frameworks. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial crimes compliance, particularly with digital assets, and possess strong technical aptitude to integrate compliance into product architecture.
