The CSA Lead is responsible for the design oversight, technical coordination, and delivery of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) systems across data center construction projects. This role ensures that site development, building structure, and architectural systems are designed, implemented, and constructed to meet performance, durability, and scalability requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field5+ years of experience in project engineering, construction management, or design managementStrong knowledge of site development, structural systems, and building envelope designAbility to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings across multiple disciplinesStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
