CSAM

The CSAM serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for asset manager clients, managing day-to-day issues, project work, and the client's change agenda within Securities Services. This client-focused role requires high responsiveness to enhance the client experience, support business growth, and ensure exceptional service levels across products like Global Custody and Fund Administration. The position involves acting as the key escalation point, resolving complex issues through cross-functional collaboration, and driving impactful change to meet client expectations.
