About this role

The CSE GTF HPC Structures Senior Engineer provides analytical support for the durability and structural integrity of gas-turbine compressor components, including airfoils, rotors, shafts, cases, and actuation linkage systems. This role involves supporting design, validation, certification, and in-service field investigations using finite element and classical analysis methods. The position requires collaboration with multi-discipline teams to balance durability, performance, cost, and weight while providing technical guidance to less experienced engineers.

Responsibilities

Provide analytical support for preliminary and detailed design through certification and manufacturing
Perform strength, stress, vibration, fatigue, and damage tolerance analyses using FE and classical methods
Support validation testing, data reduction, and in-service field investigations for gas-turbine components
