CSM (Civil, Structural, Mechanical) Superintendent – Solar & BESS

The CSM Superintendent leads civil, structural, and mechanical scopes on utility-scale solar and battery energy storage system projects, overseeing work from site mobilization through mechanical completion. This role plans work, leads field crews and trade partners, and ensures accountability for safety, quality, production, and schedule. The position coordinates handoffs between scopes and collaborates closely with project management, engineering, and electrical superintendents to maintain project timelines.
