About this role

The Chief Security Officer (CSO) will define and lead DEME’s global security strategy to protect people, assets and data across physical, information and personnel domains. This is a C‑suite role within the Digital Office Leadership Team that partners closely with IT, HR, Legal, Operations and Facilities to shape organizational security posture and culture. The CSO will act as the Group Security Officer under Belgian law and represent security at executive and board level.
