CSSC Front Line Representative

The CSSC Front Line Representative provides expert commercial and technical support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring first-contact resolution and a seamless experience. This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing quotations, and handling orders in SAP while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth. The position operates out of the Apodaca, N.L., facility and reports directly to the CSSC Supervisor.
