A CST Certified Peer Support Specialist at Monarch provides lived-experience based support to adults recovering from mental illness, substance use disorders, and related conditions, helping them build resilience and self-determination. The role contributes peer expertise to Community Support Teams and supports Monarch’s mission to deliver life-changing care across communities in North Carolina and Rhode Island. This is a community-based position that partners with team members, individuals, and families to promote wellness and recovery.
