The Camps and Youth Programs Coordinator supports the CSU Spur vision by planning, developing, and executing out-of-school-time camps and youth programs, including seasonal camps, afterschool offerings, and the high school internship program. The role involves collaborating with partners and community organizations to deliver high-quality K-12 day camps, secure child care licensing, coordinate logistics, market programs, and train staff and volunteers.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in nonformal educational programming in a museum or other cultural facility setting or out-of-school-time camp coordination5 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience coordinating nonformal out-of-school time educational programs, such as camps, and educational experiences, including working with various stakeholders to develop programsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
