CT Teacher Resident

The CT Teacher Resident is a grant‑funded, non‑union residency position within the Connecticut Teacher Residency Program, providing an alternate route to certification focused on increasing educators of color in elementary schools. Residents will serve under a mentor teacher, complete 18 months of coursework, and must pass state certification assessments, committing to a three‑year teaching position upon completion.
