- Licensed Radiologic Technologist (LRT) - State Board of Healing Arts (within 90 Days)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) - AHA
- Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology (preferred)
- Radiography (R) - ARRT (preferred)
