CTM Coordinator, Appeals & Grievances

The CTM Coordinator, Appeals & Grievances manages the day-to-day intake, investigation tracking, and resolution of grievances, appeals, and complaints submitted to CMS through the CMS Complaints Tracking Module. This remote role is responsible for ensuring the timely resolution of all cases by coordinating across departments and maintaining compliance with CMS regulatory requirements. The position also involves preparing reports, identifying trends to improve member experience, and supporting regulatory audits.
