The Founding CTO at Hypersignals is responsible for establishing the technical foundation of a novel trading platform by designing, building, and maintaining high-performance, low-latency trading infrastructure. This hands-on role includes translating product vision into technical architecture, managing production reliability, and making critical decisions regarding system performance and user safety, particularly during market volatility. The CTO will collaborate closely with the founder, oversee the engineering team, and ensure effective execution of the technical roadmap while building a culture of excellence within the organization.
