CTO

The CTO will lead the technical build of a first-in-class biodegradable ureteral stent, guiding the technology from validated science to a scalable, regulatory-compliant product. This role involves defining manufacturing processes, owning quality systems under ISO 13485, and leading pre-clinical validation and regulatory submissions for CE Mark approval. The position requires close collaboration with the founding team, contract manufacturers, and clinical partners to translate research into a market-ready device.
