CTR Team Supervisor

The CTR Team Supervisor manages the Currency Transaction Report (CTR) Analyst Staff and oversees the entire CTR process, including filings, suspicious activity identification, and exemption processing. This role involves training and developing analysts, maintaining knowledge of BSA rules, and ensuring strong communication channels with markets, customers, and the BSA team. The position requires daily monitoring of cash transactions, reviewing reports for potential structuring or unusual activity, and preparing exemption documentation for approval.
