CU Postsecondary Navigator

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tarrant County is seeking a Postsecondary Navigator to support teens in achieving their educational and career goals through workforce readiness training, tutoring, and postsecondary education guidance. The role involves helping youth explore career pathways, develop essential skills, and access resources for certifications and degrees. The ideal candidate is passionate about youth development and committed to building meaningful relationships to help teens overcome barriers and achieve long-term success.
