Culinary Herons Cook AM

The Herons Cook leads by example through hands-on involvement in all aspects of production and service, representing the Executive Chef's core values of quality, sanitation, and fair treatment. This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workplace as implemented by the Executive Chef and Chef De Cuisine. The position reports directly to the Chef De Cuisine and/or the Sous Chef Team.
