Culinary Lead Hand

This position assists the Culinary Lead Hand with day-to-day food production in an institutional kitchen setting. The role involves hands-on food preparation, cooking, and presentation while adhering to quality standards and health and safety practices. The incumbent will maintain a clean and organized work environment and support daily operations under the guidance of the Culinary Manager.
