Culinary Lead

The Culinary Lead provides a positive work environment and leads a culinary team in delivering high-quality, wholesome food to support the therapeutic meal process for clients, staff, and guests. This role acts as a shift lead in the absence of the Culinary Manager, overseeing food production, service, and kitchen operations while maintaining compliance with nutrition policies and safety standards. The position requires collaboration with the culinary team and dietetic staff to ensure meals meet therapeutic and dietary needs.
