About this role

The Cultivation Technician is responsible for executing day-to-day indoor cannabis crop production tasks at TerrAscend’s Waterfall, PA facility. The role supports plants through all growth stages, from propagation to harvest and drying/curing, while adhering to state tracking requirements and company procedures. This position operates in a highly controlled cultivation environment with exposure to plant matter, pollen, humidity, and cleaning chemicals. The technician works a Wednesday through Sunday schedule on-site and must comply with all regulatory and safety standards.
