About this role
The Cultivation Assistant supports the Cultivation Supervisor in executing all aspects of the facility’s cultivation operations across vegetative and flowering phases. The role helps maintain plant health, supports propagation and mothering processes, and contributes to production, sanitation, inventory and general labor tasks. This position is part of Parallel, a multi-state cannabis operator focused on scaling cultivation practices and quality.
