Cultural Representative Program

The Cultural Representative Program is a twelve-month work experience located at Walt Disney World Resort near Orlando, Florida, offering participants the opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse global cultures and build lifelong relationships. Participants authentically represent and showcase the distinctive cultures and traditions of specific countries or regions recreated at the resort. The role involves interacting with guests from across the globe and crafting immersive experiences while fulfilling various front-line, customer-facing roles.
