About this role

This role supports Takeda's mission to build a one-team culture by leading program operations, delivery excellence, and measurement for defined culture priorities within the DD&T division. The position involves partnering with the Culture Lead to translate strategy into consistent initiatives, managing culture communications, tracking KPIs, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to increase participation and impact. It requires strong project management, storytelling, and cross-cultural collaboration skills to drive cultural engagement and sustainability across global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of assigned culture initiatives from intake through close-out
Operate and continuously improve DD&T culture programming for predictable delivery
Translate culture strategy into consistent, well-run initiatives that increase participation
Track and report culture KPIs and translate engagement insights into action plans
Coordinate with cross-functional partners and external stakeholders to deliver global initiatives

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, HR, Organizational Psychology, Business, or similar5-8 years of experience in culture/engagement or employee experience
