Curriculum and Program Quality Lead/Manager

The Curriculum and Program Quality Lead/Manager provides hands-on leadership in the rollout, implementation, and continuous improvement of the curriculum across all Centres for Early Learning locations. This field-based role involves conducting classroom observations, coaching educators, and partnering with centre leadership to strengthen program quality and learning outcomes. The position ensures curriculum practices are consistently delivered, aligned with regulatory requirements, and grounded in evidence-based early learning pedagogy.
