Custodial & Building Maintenance Worker

Under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, this non‑exempt full‑time role performs a wide range of custodial and building maintenance duties to keep university facilities clean, safe, and operational. The position involves routine cleaning, minor repairs, equipment operation, and occasional specialized tasks such as blueprint‑guided repairs and event setup.
