Custodial Supervisor

The Custodial Supervisor ensures that custodial staff and lead workers perform cleaning and building services in accordance with contract specifications and company directives. This role oversees daily cleaning operations, trains and mentors staff, manages schedules, and maintains compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. It also handles administrative duties such as timekeeping, supply ordering, and reporting to the project manager.
