Custodial Supervisor

The Custodial Supervisor serves as a working leader within the Facilities Department, providing hands-on custodial services while gradually assuming supervisory responsibilities. This role begins with significant involvement in daily cleaning, room setups, and event support to develop familiarity with the church's facilities and standards. As proficiency is demonstrated, the Custodial Supervisor will increasingly oversee scheduling, quality control, training, and coordination of custodial operations. This position supports the Facilities Director in maintaining clean, safe, attractive, and welcoming facilities that support the church's mission.
