Custodial Worker 2

This lead position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of non-residence halls on the Kutztown University campus, performing standard and aseptic cleaning duties while supervising a shift team. The role involves assigning work, conducting on-the-job training, and ensuring adherence to cleaning standards, with approximately half of the time dedicated to administrative tasks. The employee supports the Custodial Worker Supervisor and acts as the lead when the supervisor is unavailable.
