About this role
The Custodian (Porter) is responsible for cleaning vacant units, model apartments, offices, and property common areas to prepare for marketing and occupancy. The role reports to the Resident Manager and Property Manager and works closely with maintenance staff. This is a part-time position supporting the interior and exterior upkeep and image of residential properties.
