Custodian (School Based)

The Custodian (School Based) is responsible for the general custodial and light grounds keeping work in the care and maintenance of assigned school buildings and facilities. This role involves cleaning floors, walls, and fixtures, managing waste and recycling, and maintaining HVAC filters and light fixtures. The position also includes grounds maintenance tasks such as sweeping walkways, shoveling snow, and applying de-icing compounds as necessary.
