Custodian

The Custodian provides daily custodial cleaning and maintenance for Wayne Public Schools facilities, working under the supervision of the Principal, Building Administrator, and Head Custodian. Responsibilities include grounds upkeep, light replacement, thorough cleaning of various school areas, and handling special tasks such as vomit cleanup and minor repairs. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of custodial experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work overtime and respond to emergencies.
