Custodian

Under the direction of a supervisor, the Custodian performs a variety of duties to maintain, care for, and clean assigned rooms, offices, facilities, and associated spaces. The role involves sanitizing and cleaning internal and external surface areas, fixtures, furniture, and equipment, as well as maintaining and cleaning assigned floors using various types of equipment. The position also includes performing minor building and equipment repairs, setting up and taking down furniture for events, and maintaining security and safety measures.
