Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for independently providing exceptional custodial services to ensure the cleanliness of the facility and grounds in harmony with the YMCA's mission statement and policies. This role involves maintaining various areas of the building, including restrooms, fitness equipment, and pool areas, while adhering to safety and emergency procedures. The position requires the ability to work independently, follow instructions, and exemplify the YMCA's core values in all aspects of job performance.
