Custodian

The Custodian is responsible for major floor care projects, trash disposal, and cleaning of common areas in a non-smoking community. The role requires the ability to follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Previous floor maintenance experience is preferred but not required. A valid driver's license and successful completion of golf cart training are mandatory.
