About this role
The Custodian/Floor Care Specialist at Otterbein provides a clean, safe environment for residents, guests, and employees within a senior living community. Reporting to the housekeeping supervisor/manager, the role completes scheduled floor care projects (stripping/refinishing, carpet extraction, wall washing) and performs general custodial duties. The position supports resident-focused care and facility upkeep on the 2nd shift (3pm–11pm, Sunday–Thursday).
