About this role
This individual contributor position operates welding equipment to build and weld poles using GMAW (MIG) and Flux Core (FCAW) welding methods. The Custom Fitter must be certified in MIG and FCAW welding to meet AWS requirements and occasionally operate additional machinery. This role requires the ability to read and utilize blueprints and complete welding tasks in various positions while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
