Custom Laborer

This position involves working from plans to build, assemble, fit together, align, plumb, and set forms for molding and casting concrete structures. The role requires constructing and checking forms for cast-in-place concrete structures, installing pre-cast concrete elements, and working with hand and power tools. The work is performed year-round inside a facility where products are built and shipped to jobsites.
