About this role

This role is for a Simulation Engineer with deep expertise in Siemens Tecnomatix Plant Simulation or Dassault DELMIA, applied to domains such as Automotive, Aerospace, Consumer Packaged Goods, or general Manufacturing. You will develop discrete event simulation models to optimize production processes, focusing on throughput analysis, bottleneck identification, and material flow optimization. Your work will support Industry 4.0 initiatives, integrating simulations with manufacturing execution systems and product lifecycle management platforms to drive efficiency and innovation.

Responsibilities

Build and validate discrete event simulation models for manufacturing processes
Perform throughput analysis to identify bottlenecks in production workflows
Conduct material flow analysis to reduce waste and optimize inventory
Integrate simulations with MES and PLM systems for workflow alignment
Present actionable insights to manufacturing teams and leadership
