About this role

A Senior Benchling ELN Developer at Accenture architects and leads end-to-end integrations between Benchling ELN, LIMS, and data warehouse systems within GxP-regulated pharmaceutical environments. The role involves designing entity schemas, developing automation workflows via the Benchling Apps Framework and REST API, and building ETL pipelines to cloud platforms like Snowflake and Databricks. This position requires ensuring all development meets 21 CFR Part 11 and GxP compliance while partnering with scientists and IT stakeholders to translate scientific workflows into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end Benchling ELN integrations with LIMS and data warehouses
Design and govern entity schemas and assay schemas for pharma data standards
Develop automation workflows using Benchling Apps Framework and event-driven webhooks
Build and maintain ETL pipelines connecting Benchling to cloud data platforms
Lead validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ to ensure GxP compliance
