Custom Software Engineering Lead

This role leads the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, owning the design and delivery of complex AWS-based environments. The incumbent will establish development standards, ensure code quality and scalability, and manage the infrastructure that powers the platform from proof-of-concept to production scales.
