Customer Advisor – Motor Claims Write-Off

This role involves supporting customers whose vehicles have been written off after an accident, providing clear guidance and practical support throughout the claims process. The position requires managing write-off claims from confirmation to settlement, explaining vehicle valuations, and coordinating vehicle disposal. It is a full-time, hybrid position based in Leicester with rotational shifts between 09:00 and 17:30.
