Customer and Community Liaison

The Customer and Community Liaison serves as the primary company representative for landowners affected by Indiana Michigan Power transmission projects, focusing on building trusted relationships and coordinating property-specific communications. This role involves documenting concerns, facilitating issue resolution, and ensuring landowners receive timely and accurate information throughout the project lifecycle. The position also supports engagement with local community organizations, agricultural groups, and other stakeholders to help landowners navigate project activities and obtain answers regarding project impacts and easement acquisition.
