This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role for a Customer Care Officer joining the Customer Care team at Reece, Australia's largest plumbing and bathroom products supplier. The position is based in Dandenong South and focuses on delivering exceptional service experiences across national and international markets. Candidates will manage customer enquiries, service needs, and warranty claims while developing deep technical product knowledge.
